The main California outlets are based in Camarillo, Carlsbad and Cabazon.
You may also want to try online for discounts but in an outlet store you can thoroughly inspect and of course try the clothing on!
Juicy Couture is usually only found in upscale department or signature stores, so it really is worth getting a great discount from your nearest outlet. If there are none locally then perhaps consider visiting one on vacation!
It must be mentioned that the stores generally have surplus stock or last years lines. However don't let that put you off as the stock is usually very much still 'on trend'
